I ordered a chicken sandwich, and the patty was so burnt it was almost black. My entire thing of fries was spilt in the bag, and the drink I received (which wasn't the right drink either) was spilt and half empty. Food is great when they don't put half effort into it.

Their frappe machine was down and my food arrived cold. I had to get a coke in place which comes free with the meal so I'm not even sure if I got my $2.89 back. Yes, I value that extra $2. Times are hard.

Missing vanilla milkshake, no extra espresso I asked and paid for in Mocha Frappé which I also upsized and paid for a large and it wasn't even close to being full, no straws. The picture is how they put Big Macs together. First time ordering from here. Not a great first impression.

The cookies were old burnt brown very very hard & absolutely disgusting dry cookies
