French fries were old and hard. Freeze was melted out as of it sat forever before being picked up so it was just syrup when I received it. And I got no sauces after paying for 6 of them. Very poor service. I keep hoping it gets better each time I order from here or even when I pick it up myself and it's always something with them.

I received no straw, no Creamy Ranch Sauce though I paid for it, and my fries were dark and not crispy at all, they did not appear to be fresh. The Triple Cheeseburger was great.
