This was the best food ive gotten for breakfast in a rush at myhosie . Even the frappe was perfect and not melted. And the dasher was great!

This is by far the worst McDonald’s meal I have ever received. I paid nearly $50 for delivery because I am home sick from chemotherapy. I ordered the Double Filet-O-Fish because I need extra protein when I’m able to eat.
My husband and I both ordered the Fish combo, and neither sandwich was edible. The fish was burned black, hard, and completely dried out. This wasn’t one accidentally overcooked sandwich — both were served this way.
What is most disturbing is that an employee looked at these burnt pieces of fish, put cheese and tartar sauce on them, placed them on buns, wrapped them, bagged them, and sent them to a paying customer. How did this get past the cook and the shift manager?
I understand food occasionally gets burned. What I do not understand is serving it anyway. At home, I would have thrown this in the trash. McDonald’s should have done the same.
I am requesting a full refund of my order and a response from store management explaining how this happened.Corp will be notified

The Sausage Gravy Biscuit Meal was so sad. One biscuit cut in half with maybe three tablespoons of sausage gravy. It might have been enough for a young child to eat but certainly not a meal for anyone over the age of ten.

This is the first time I've been disappointed with the food from this McDonald's on Cotton Grove. The English muffin was burnt. the hash brown looked and tasted like the fry oil hasn't been changed in a couple of days. Somebody is slacking over there. Maybe if they see this review they'll step it up

Onions on steak egg and Steak Egg Cheese Biscuit Meal were burnt black and the bottom of the biscuit on the Sausage Gravy Biscuit was like a rock.
