First door dash experience with McDonald's. I was pleasantly surprised! I chose express delivery and my fries were still hot as was the rest of my meal. Kudos to the staff and my dasher, Belinda! Awesome teamwork!

The food was cold but picked up on time by the Dasher. McDonalds placed the drinks in a carrier and then the carrier is placed inside the bag with the hot food. I believe this caused the food to cool at a quicker rate

the store did not attach a receipt to the outside of my bag, so when the dasher got here I had to open the sealed bag to make sure it was my order since the dasher did have another order with him. When I did open the bag the box that the sandwhich of my Double Bacon Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal was crushed at the bottom and the food tasted like it was old even though the dasher had to wait for the order

The meal was not good. The fries were cold. The big Mac was hard on the bottom. The fries Tasted like cardboard.

I was very happy that the food and drinks were bagged separately. Everything was neat in the bags and rightside up : ) Also, the food and drinks were fresh! I would definitely order from them again!
