Fries were undercooked, soggy, and cold. Sandwiches were mislabeled so meals were given to the wrong people and bitten into before realizing the ingredients were wrong. Everything was there, drinks were correct, and it was timely, but overall lunch with the grandchildren was disappointing.

Chicken was stringy, kind of rubbery. The first time I tried it, it was great. Oh well
