the Double Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Deluxe was supposed to have a third Patty that cost about $3 more and it didn't have that. Everything else was fine but when the extra patty costs that much, you want it to be on there

No large fries with my large meal. All was sealed so the McDonalds definitely forgot to put my fries in there.
