I was missing a cheeseburger and the fries were wet and soggy like they had been undercooked. I'm sorry but this was the worst meal from them EVER. I eat at this mcdonalds quite a bit and the food has never been this bad. Hopefully it was just a bad night!

Missing items and only got half of an order! Fries weren't fresh and had to order the missing item and that order was horrible as well!

I clear as day ask for no ice in my fanta and theres ice in it and thats not even the kicker! Peep my fries I thought they spilled out in the bag at least no.THATS REALLY ALL THE FRIES I GOT!! Of course they didn't give me a refund

Missing my other course to my other meal ordered hot cakes and Fanta received that also ordered a sausage McMuffin meal received only hash, brown and drink, but not the MAIN thing the food. How can you mess that up? Do they not check at the end? At least my son got his food "hotcakes " so that's all that really matters but this place should really do bag checks before they seal the bag and make it ready for dasher to pick up always do bag checks at the end ! That's what makes a good customer service and make sure orders are accurate. This should be pushed by the manager on duty every time !
