Lamb kabobs were perfect. The Baklava's only fault was we didn't buy enough. Our order was ready a little early, which is almost always better than being late.

Great kibbeh nayeh, much better than Illili's. It was packed on ice with great care. That was impressive but there were two smaller problems: 1) the Arabic bread, which is needed, was old to the point of being dry and totally inedible. 2) they also need to send it with olive oil, which they didn't (I had my own). Bottom line: they got all the main and difficult, challenging parts absolutely right yet screwed up badly on two peripheral things that should have been super-easy (the bread and the oil).

Absurdly overpriced, even by DC standards. The meat pies should be $5 given how small they are, and I paid $13 for a salad that would have been $6 or $7 at Panera.

Mejana grill platter was not worth the price: too much rice, no veggies, meat dry, although the chicken was ok. Fried kibeh below average size. I would rebuy the refresh Baba ghanouj and Hummus and Baklawa

good taste, but tiny, lilliputian portions. they are beating inflation by serving for elves. I thought I bought enough food for 2 or 3 people. I ate it all myself and wasn't even full. it was good, though. I could have literally eaten 6 of their shawarma sandwiches, and I don't even eat that much.
