Whoever taught these guys how to make a souvlaki knew what they were doing because these are seriously great. Hefty and utterly delicious - the lamb shoulder was divine. Fresh veggies and yummy, chewy/crunchy pita.

soggy untoasted Turkish bread, chili sauce that tasted more like caramel, and chicken found in the catching tray yesterday. never again. the flies seem to love it though
