Unfortunately, the packaging for delivery is not hygienic or safe, especially for items like fresh milk tea or boba. The cups were not properly sealed and were handed directly to the delivery person without any protective covering.
This is very concerning because we don’t know what can happen during the delivery process. Drinks should be sealed securely ideally with a plastic seal or protective wrapping to ensure cleanliness and safety.
As you can see, even the other items were not sealed properly. Because of this, I didn’t feel comfortable consume my drink. This is a serious issue that needs to be fixed. Please make sure all drinks are tightly sealed and properly packaged for delivery moving forward.
