This is my favorite food truck in Detroit! My Seafood Fries were incredible! Good amount of crawfish (which is tough to come by at most restaurants) and a good amount of sauce and shrimp.
I normally find Food Trucks to have uneven quality. Melba's bucks that trend. Just incredible and the fact that they're able to handle seafood that well in a Food Truck is a testament to their management

Tried this truck after seeing Nardball's review on IG. He was right the food smacks! The Catfish Poboy with shrimp? OMG it was fresh, flavorful, and huge! The Wings (Signature Garlic Cajun) 6 pc will have you smacking your lips and licking your fingers. They needed a little more sauce for my personal preference. The Oysters (6) are tasty, but I wouldn't buy them again because I prefer my oysters cooked over charcoal for add smokiness. Overall, I highly recommend this food truck. I'll be back!

Catfish Poboy is a little salty. Portions are very small compared to the cost. Crawfish Ettouffe is more of a soup consistency. Beignets (3pc) seemed old.

Seafood Gumbo with crab was flavored well. I wouldn't rank it high As gumbo but pretty good as a dish in general, except that about a third of itwas salty as all get out. Not tne entire dish, but one area of the container. How does that even happen? The shrimp was juicy and tender, not overcooked. Crab legs was skimpy but I wasn't expecting much more for the price. The littlepoeve of bread was good enough to make me want to try the poboy. Some places throw shrimp and lettuce on any kinda bread and try to pass it as a poboy, but looks like they're using the right bread.

The gumbo fries are amazing I just wish I could get a lil mo fry to soak up that good gumbo juice lol but worth the money IMO
