This was my first time ordering from here. The Classic grilled cheese (added caramelized onions and bacon) was amazing. The bread was cooked to perfection, nice and crispy. And the tomato soup was delicious as well. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

I'm rating this meal specifically more than this store. This isnt my first time coming here which is why I decided to order again. I had this back when they had the shop in Union Square and got the Buffalo chicken Melt which was PHENOMENAL. So good I tried this spot and tried something different and well... I'll start with the good tho! Tried the Mike's Hot Honey Mac and added Peppers to it and it was AMAZING. Def would buy again! Now here comes the bad part. I had the Burger Melt :( and it was terrible. The bread wasnt fresh and taste like it had been sitting out and was right before being stale. The burger itself had no taste couldve benefited from some salt maybe and the only flavor came from the pickles. Literally the worst burger I ever had. That being said I know how good this place CAN be and that's why I'm keeping it at 3 instead of 2. I'm hoping it's just a case of being busy in Times Square and that they didnt actually fall off this bad... I'll def try again but I'll stick to the Buffalo next time and the Mac.

Got the hot honey mac and it was really good but they definitely skimped on the portion size. Wish I could give it 5 stars cuz it tasted amazing but my container was barely halfway filled... disappointed

Tastes great but portions are small, had 4 bites of chicken on the Hot Honey Mac. Salads are decent, not freshest but good.

Naked Fries were subpar-may have been cooked earlier and weren't fresh.Chicken Caesar Salad was good.
