I made my own bowl and it was so yummy! The sauces are incredible. I loveeee the spicy green and avocado. I could eat this every day!

The Peruvian Style Lomo Saltado was delicious. The steak is tender and the rice is so flavorful. The Chicha Moradahas a really interesting flavor to it. Very refreshing. I will definitely try more items here.

This is simply the best food! I had never had Peruvian food and it is so fresh and flavorful, Merka Saltao makes trying a new cuisine so approachable! Will be ordering until I've had every last item on the menu & then again!
