OUR STORY IN 1920, WHEN FORT WORTH WAS STILL YOUNG, A COLORFUL AND FREE-SPIRITED MAN NAMED TIFFIN HALL CAME TO THE CITY. ONLY 20 YEARS OLD, HE WAS ALREADY A SKILLED GAMBLER. SOON, TIFFIN HAD ESTABLISH…
Tiffin Hall is the best meal here in my opinion. The Large nachos are a big portion and excellent. They always give you enough chips and Salsa. We have never had a bad meal here.

The main entrée was good, but the overall order was a little disappointing. The taco of my pick 3, was the best item. The app still showed that my order was not ready when I arrived, even though it had already been sitting there, so the pickup timing could be more accurate. The beans were mostly broth with very few beans, and the chips were much more like thin Frito-style corn chips than traditional tortilla chips. I was also surprised that the side tortillas were corn vs flour, since that was not what I was expecting. The regular-sized soda also felt overpriced at $4, with mostly ice and a small sized cup.. like come on, we don't even get refills.... Overall, the food was still warm-ish and tasted fine, but there were enough small issues that I’d rate the experience around 2.5 out of 5 stars.

They told us they don't send chips with the queso if you order queso. That you would only get the queso. Thankfully the manager agreed to send chips and they sent a tiny little salsa. Most restaurants send chips and salsa with your queso. The queso is NOT cheap so they need to correct this !

The arroz con pollo was disgusting. No one could eat it. The restaurant didn't include corn tortillas. The 8th Ave. location is 100% better than the Hulen location. The beans were also hard and bland.

Fajitas were weak as far as amount of food for the price. The chips are not your standard tortilla chips. These are akin to Fritos. I wish I had known that. Most likely would not order again. Salsa tasted like something I would get at the grocery store.
