Ive done so much traveling and i have NEVER had them this authentic, this is the way they are supposed to look and taste.
Everything about this restaurant and the employees is PHENOMENAL and top notch class.

This is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants but thistime was not good. The Nachos de Fajita chips were soggy, not crispy/crunchy like they normally are. The PARILLADA MEXICO LINDO only had 2 under cooked shrimps, the chicken was under cooked, weren't any fixings for the fajitas. therewas literally 2 strips of bell peppers with the Grilled onion. I still love them maybe this was just an off day...Cinco de Mayo of all days around 4pm.

The Caldo de Res was hot and full of generous portions of meat, vegetables, and rice. They even included chips and salsa!
This was exactly what the doctor ordered. Loved it!

Even though the food arrived in a not very sustainable package and was everywhere in the plastic bag the Enchiladas de Crema were very tasty

I love this place but it's inconsistent. My carne asada was not thoroughly cooked & had blood oozing from the meat. I am a well cooked customer so this was disappointing.
