Everything was delish but the portion of noodles was smaller than usual, which seemed odd. Fabulous chili oil.

The egg noodles were rubbery, and the broth was really bland and oily.. I'm just glad that it was buy one get one free because it was pricey for the amount that they give you.

I haven't tried everything here, but I can certainly vouch for the Tonkotsu! I recommend the diced chicken. The ajitama is excellent, and that's big for me. The broth is very rich and delicious, the noodles are fresh and very obviously made in house.
They have not had pork belly for a long time, and now have re-introduced it. It's decent but not the best I've ever had or anything. I suppose if they have supply problems they have to take what they can get.
Michi is among my favorite Ramen restaurants. There are places I prefer, but it is the real McCoy.
I will offer some criticisms, however, to be balanced. They use a LOT of salt. It tastes very good, it's not over-salted, taste-wise, but I can tell there's a lot of sodium chloride in there. All restaurants add a lot of salt, and Michi falls at the salty end of the spectrum.

The Michi ramen was so delicious, best I've had in austin so far. The tonkatsu broth was velvety and the ajitama eggs were cooked perfectly. Highly recommend!

Paid extra for pork belly and it was a single slice that was paper thin and literally only the fat
