I absolutely loved this meal, and I'm most certainly going to be ordering more from here. The 3 Bones was an excellent option and had superb flavor, though it's definitely not a "fall off the bone" type of cook. The Pulled Pork Sandwich was incredibly porky (not just "meaty") and well-cooked. The Beef Sausage? Oh my god, the Beef Sausage. It's like the best Vienna hot dog I've ever had- TONS of beefy flavor, so tender and juicy; I'll probably get this every single time I order from here in the future.
The BBQ sauce has a surprising amount of tang, but it goes SO well with their food- the individual flavors of each meat truly mellowing the sauce out into something unique.
The sides were mostly incredible. I like the flavor of the Mac & Cheese, though it wasn't as good as the others, in my opinion; part of that is certainly that it's traveled, and part of it is that it's kind of hard to really make mac stand out. The beans? Best baked beans from a BBQ place I've ever had. Period. In no way overly-sweet, which seems to be the default everywhere else, and a completely balanced flavor profile. Another always-order. The potato salad was creamy and full-bodied, nearly perfect for my tastes.
