I had a little issue , I couldn't get a hold of them over the phone so I went in and Julian was very helpful, he accommodated me without any hassle. He took care of my issue and I would say keep up the great customer service Julian..... Also we love the cookies here and the milk is even wonderful! And their prices are far more reasonable than the competing cookie companies

So surprisingly good! We had the Cowboy Cookie (Jumbo), Lemon & Blueberry (JUMBO) , S'mores (JUMBO SIZE) , White Chocolate Macadamia and the Chocolate Chip . Especially like the Cowboy & Lemon blueberry but honestly ALL were good. They all arrived warm, fresh and delicious! A very tasty late night treat worth the calories.

Not really "jumbo" for double the price of a regular cookie. Its actually the same size as the regular ones... the cookies itself are good but not THAT good .. especially for the price. Subway cookies are just as good lol

We tried the S'mores (JUMBO SIZE) and it was really chocolatey and after a couple bites I wished I had ordered milk with them. The Chocolate Chip was equally sweet and yummy.
We will order again to try some of the other cookie flavors.

I've been to the shop in person a few times and I did like it but this time I got it delivered and it was so disappointing! Three of the cookies were rock hard, one tasted like I bit a stick of butter (M&M), the salted caramel had a weird bitter after taste! I can honestly say the only decent one was the toffee one, my family was very disappointed with this order! Especially for them being 20+ for 6 cookies! I expected great quality but unfortunately got sent rocks for cookies
