I ordered pick up brunch on July 4. It was scheduled to be ready at 10:36 am. I arrived at 10:38 am and the restaurant was super busy. The lady at the front counter said that my food will be ready soon. I waited until 11:25 am, an almost one hour of delay! While waiting, I noticed the managers were extremely rude and impatient with the lines of people waiting and yelling and shoveling the older customers. On top of that, a dish that I ordered was randomly replaced with some thing else without my consent. Extremely disappointed in their services. The food was under cooked as well. Worst experience I ever had and they didn't even apologize for their delay. Complained to door dash and all they did was credit me for one of the dish that was replaced and told me to leave a review. I hope this review will be of service to others and offer changes to this awful restaurant.
