both items were perfect as usual. plenty of roast beef, perfect amount of gravy,roll was fresh. the same with tuna salad. for the size of the roll half pound was perfect. tuna was tasty and roll was fresh also

Fries were cold and soggy. Cheesesteaks were 2/3 of the way filled with meat. Rest was just plain bread. Red peppers in it was barely cooked.

not as good as past ones that I have purchased. the roast Beef always went from end to end of the hero roll. not this time, it barely covered 1/2 of roll. went skimpy on Gravy also,usually it comes out of roll this time barely any Gravy at all. all in all, I am highly disappointed in this sandwich. was looking forward to a good sandwich as usual and instead received one that was not worth the cost.

Chopped Cheese was ground beef and cheese... missing lettuce, tomatoes but most importantly flavor... very bland. The Cappuccino was watered down? And tastes like it came out of a machine and not with actual brewed coffee. Very disappointing.
