This is my favorite sushi in Denver as a vegetarian. I always get the Vegetarian Salmon Tartare (8 pieces) and feel the portions are solid. I keep coming back for more & love introducing visiting friends as well!

We always get the Salmon Avocado Roll* (8 pieces) and it never disappoints! We got the Veggie Tempura Appetizer for the first time and I was pleased by the amount and variety included!

Toro was just some nice tuna. I liked it, but I'd have not paid extra for the fat belly if I'd known I was just gonna get some loin chunks.
