This was our first time ordering from Moe's. My husband ordered the three tacos meal, and I got the Quesadilla, each with ground beef. The Three Tacos were filled with ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream, and he ordered the pico on the side- pico is a combination of fresh veggies including tomatoes, onions, cilantro & lime juice. On my Quesadilla, I got ground beef, shredded cheese, extra beef, grilled peppers & onions, and pintos. The food was flavorful and filling, and everything had that unique Mexican flavor that "real" tacos are known for. Moe's Famous Queso is soooo delicious! It's made with creamy cheese and jalapeños and just the right amount of kick to it! We'd definitely order from here again.

Ordered a bowl and it was rather pitiful. The lime rice was plain white rice. The Pico was replaced with plain tomatoes. There was very little steak and black olives. Guacamole was just crushed avocado with no seasoning.

The steak was chewy and tasted old. There was hardly any lettuce or toppings in the bowl. For $20 I expected a lot more. The only thing that was edible was the chips.

I am not sure what is going on with this store but the salsa chips were covered in salt, a lot of salt. So much salt that it was like enough powder in my hand I could have cooked my own meal with it.
The seasoned rice had so much pepper on it, it felt like I was eating 2 slices of pepper Jack cheese in each bite.
Absolutely disappointed, and I feel this type of ridiculous carelessness is not a only a liability but should absolutely not happen. Where is the quality control.
I will answer this for you Moe's. The team at this store is rushed so much that even when I go to the store to grab dinner, I feel as though I am being a abruptly pushed and while some are friendly, others are just not paying attention to the customer experience.
On a recent occasion I reached the front of the queue only be told to wait while the employees worked to complete 10 to12 online orders ahead of me. This is poor time management. Do a few online orders at a time.
Find a better Manager and a corporate training team to help this store. Please!

The chicken in the Homewrecker Burrito was so tough and rubbery that a single bite takes you 5 minutes of chewing. I ended up throwing 2/3 of the $25 Burrito dinner into the trash. Moe's use to be one of my favorite sandwich shops but now I won't be buying from them again.
