Definitely a contender for the best sushi in pittsburgh. The  Scottish Salmon nigiri was incredibly tender and flavorful, the Blue Crab roll was great. The Shrimp Tempura & Cucumber roll didnt travel super well, the tempura lost its crisp, but it was still very good flavor-wise. I also have to add that the Miso Soup was SO GOOD really rich flavor, different from the standard soup most sushi places have

I never leave reviews and felt compelled to- this was genuinely amazing. I got chicken bao, steak bao and the spicy crispy tuna roll. The portions (esp of protein) are generous, and the flavors feel layered and bright and just rlly enjoyable. Also, the textures were really spot on- fluffy bao, crispies on top of the sushi, but then super soft smooth tuna inside, the steak was super tender. Overall just really impressed and satisfied!!

Love this place so much. I get it at least every week and am always satisfied. The only downside is that the tuna tartar is pretty expensive considering how little tuna I get sometimes. I sometimes get guac and a piece of tuna

I really loved my lunch from here! The sushi was great, my absolute favorite was the Spicy Salmon CR and I highly recommend it. I also got the Pork Belly Bao and it was awesome, although pretty small so I recommend getting 2 if you are hungry. The Taro Milk Tea was one of the best I’ve had (I got the lychee jelly in it which was perfect). I actually went in person several days after ordering online and tried another sushi roll, I can’t remember the exact name but it was fatty tuna and one of the best rolls I’ve ever had in my life.

I ordered via DoorDash specifically so I could leave a review here. Mola is great. Normally I go for the king salmon, but the regular ol' Scottish Salmon as sashimi was very good as well. Fresh, a nicely cut and generous portion with good flavor and melt in your mouth texture. I always get the Bluefin Toro Shiso CR because I just like it. It's hard to find things with shiso and it pairs well with the fatty toro, in my opinion. I've had this roll I think five times now and it's been good every time. 

Also recommended: King salmon chirashi; sakura masu; the pork bun; otoro nigiri or sashimi. I didn't love the red Hokkaido uni but it's kind of the wrong season AND it's been 20 years since I last had any, so it's possible my palate has changed. I'll be trying it again in the winter months, though!

I have been super impressed with the service and the food quality and would recommend you try ordering here if you're looking for sushi in Pittsburgh.
