The girl working there know I'm picking up my order and she was not busy she decides to ignore me and stand around even though my drinks were ready. So finally another girl gave me my drinks. I had this happened couple times at this location. I feel like they like to make people wait for nothing just to make the store look like customers are inside. Tea not even good anymore quality is down from before. This will be my last time ordering from here.

Order has been ready for a while but the staff didnt bother lookin for it , waited almost 1hr for a pick up order that i placed before I even got to the store!
