This place has the best milk teas in the area. The tea taste is prominent and floral, so if you're not a fan of tea-forward milk teas, you probably won't like the drinks here. The Jasmine Milk Tea and White Champaca Milk Tea are two of my favorites. Love that they also have oat milk as an alternative.

The color and flavor of the Camellia Matcha was so good it was delicate and refreshing I definitely see myself drinking this every day, and the size of the cup is perfect

Premium Jasmine Matcha is so good! I love how the jasmine is strong and the matcha is just perfect. Wish there was one closer to home, but I'm glad I work close by to enjoy this drink often enough.

I got a Premium Jasmine Milk Tea. My order was ready when I got there. It was my first time buying from this location but I had tried the Sunnyvale location. Parking was hard to get so I had to park further away. I would still order again because the drink was good.
