This place is soooo good! My favorite Nepalese restaurant closed and I've tried other Indian restaurants (similar food) and none compare except this one. I like that the dlshes don't have alot of heat (better for my weak American palate, lol) and the flavors really resonate. The butter chicken was awesome and not greasy like other places. I love momos and the deep fried vegetarian ones were a treat - never had those and the filling was really good - you can tell they were lovingly prepared. I will definitely order again when I'm in town!

Everything is so tasty and flavorful. The Lasooni Saag Paneer is absolutely delicious as is the Vegetable Korma and the Paneer Tika Masala.
If picking up, vent the pakora container so they don't steam themselves to mush and you'll be in Love too! Highly recommend this place!! Always, always Delicious! And perfect food for post dental work!!

This is our go-to restaurant for Butter Chicken! Their Mixed Veg Saag, Vegetable Korma, and onion onion naan are also excellent. The entrees come with a serving of rice, so it's a good value. I've tried many Indian/Nepalese/Himalayan restaurants in the area, and this place is always delicious and not over-salted as I've experienced other places. Other places are also good but less consistent, and while I like spicy food, my daughter does not, and we can rely on the food here to be mild when we request it.

Always satisfied with dishes from here. The paneer tikka masala is amazing; it's better than slurping a tomato soup when sick or during winter. Or anytime! The veggie biryani was also delicious; wherever they source their cardamom pods from is so fresh. They add a nice floral note. The array of flavors and spice is so addicting. The pakodas this time were a little undercooked and a bit oily but still tasty. Prob self steamed since it was to go and right after they opened. (Maybe oil wasn't hot enough yet) no complaint though; still delicious with the mint and tamarind chutney. Anything saag from this place is like a party in my mouth! More on the creamy side versus oily like other places. Beautiful flavor! Portion size is perfect. Not too much not too little. Overall this is my go to place to satisfy my craving.

This is simply the very best Indian Subcontinental food in the Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Concord area and I have tried almost all Indian restaurants in this area for 10 years or more now. I am not from the Subcontinent, but I assure you that Momo N Curry's food is genuine. They pay heed to your special requests and label the containers clearly. I can imagine their chefs, Kukris in hand, preparing this delicious fare!
