Phenomenal Pizza!
Tried Monkey House for the first time last weekend and Oh. My. God. This is the thin crust pizza I've been searching for and failing to find since first moving to VT. The thin sourdough crust is delicious and crisped to perfection! The sauce and cheese are just right, not too little and not too much, and the taste is just soooo fresh. You can tell they use quality ingredients! Overall just delicious, rly well-done pizza. Kudos to Monkey House, you guys just became my new favorite pizza place!

I'm a fan of cauliflower pizzas, so I decided to try their Gluten-Free Cauliflower Crust Pizza. It was a simple BBQ chicken pizza and the size would be a good one to share between two people- BUT I was hungry after a long day at work and ate the whole thing.
Was it filling?
Not particularly since it would be thinner then your average thick-crusted pizza. Sadly, the outside crust was kind of burnt so I ended up throwing a majority of the thin crust away.
Overall? It did the trick for my pizza craving and I'm always down to trying a new place out.
I do have to say though- I love the fact they have a simple "one/two person" pizza.
The Goslings Ginger Beer was just your average Ginger Beer. It's not the famous Aussi Ginger Beer I love so much but I still do like myself a good Ginger Beer! No complaints.

We really loved the thin crust pizza. The crust was exactly the way I like it. We ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and a half-and-half, pepperoni and cheese pizza. The sauce was very good. The cheese was good. The only thing I will say is that both pizzas were very, very salty. And on somebody who likes salt. I think it was from the cheese. The texture of the cheese was good and it was just a little too salty.
I hope they will read this because I want them to succeed. I think they are onto something.

Shame. Not sure how this was allowed to leave the kitchen honestly. Just absolutely overcooked. All of the items.Garlic Knots Especially. Pepperoni Pizza is way to thin to cook as long as it did. Ruined what might have been a good pizza

Sourdough has a little crunch, is delicious..tasty pepperoni, the real deal ranch for dipping. Cravable! Get it in your mouth!
