June 5, 2025 For the price, the portion size of the Dried Fried Ribs ($14) and Fried Chicken Pieces (Chicken Breast) ($15) weren't comparable. The Garlic Noodles also did not have enough flavor; there should have been more sauce in my dish.

All food is always delivered hot, Ribs were nice and crispy ,and everything was very very tasty. Ginger Green Onion Crb Rice is very bountiful (they do not skimp on the ingredients like some places do. I have never been disappointed by Monkey King Pub

This came piping hot, and seems to have a decent variety of vegetables included, but the broth and the pork wontons don't really have a lot of flavor or umami. much of the flavor seems to be leeching directly from the abundance of mushrooms, which I absolutely love, but I wanted more depth in my broth. There were only four wontons. :( The pork wontons seemed completely unflavored. I probably wouldn't order again without some modifications to the flavors Wonton SoupSalt & Pepper Wings & Fries (10)
The wings are absolutely amazing, the fries came soggy but that's to be expected with delivery. love the flavors of the fries, and I'm not a big person on jalapenos but I know my fiance is so that's why I ordered them. that's what I usually order when I'm in the pub and drinking with my friends and coworkers. Happy to know that the wings are still holding tough after the pandemic, as I haven't been here since before 2020.

The Fried Chicken Pieces (Chicken Breast) had good flavor, but the food was so hot it melted the plastic container and the sauce spilled all over bag. The Salt & Pepper Wings & Fries were ok ... the fries were under seasoned and under cooked, but the chicken was very crunch and had good flavor. The garlic noodles are always on point, buttery and garlicky..so delicious and is a must order because the portion is very generous! My kids loved the hot and sour soup, especially on a rainy night like this.. again good flavor and we'll be back!
