I received a broken chocolate chip cookie which is also not what I ordered and the cinnamon toast  crunch  cookie is stale. Two out of four that we will not eat which defeats the purpose of buying the box

There is no customer service at this restaurant.  The staff was rude, refusing to turn in a paid order. They completed the order after I ask them to cancel the order. Terrible experience.
