Great pizza. I like being able to create my own combination. I get everything I want, and nothing I don't want (crushed red pepper, for example). I will be ordering from them again.

Usually the pizza is excellent, however my pizza and garlic sticks were extremely bland and had been just thrown together . We also asked for blue cheese dressing and it was not included. I'm not sure if they're under new management , but I definitely taste a difference in the quality. We spent over $50 for our order, so needless to say because of the inconsistency in the quality of food, this will be our last time ordering from this restaurant!

Did not order thin crust, received thin crust, undercooked, and very few toppings on the specialty pizza. Way too expensive for this kind of product.

Employee was rude on the phone with a customer & kept saying, "we're very busy."
The level of customer service continued with me. She does not have an idea on how to interact with patrons. Garlic knots were overcooked, dry & hard.

I would give zero stars the pepperoni pizza was burnt and the employee kadar? was very rude I asked if he could redo it and he said they never burn pizza to call door dash but the pictures show burnt pizza i told him the owners may not like the way he treats customers and send food out like this I don't think it's right to treat customers with such little regard and to not send out poor quality burnt food that is as hard as a rock no pride in their cooking quality food to give customers this burnt rock hard burnt pizza do not go to this mountain mikes they have no pride in the no quality food they send out and refuse to remake it not a good way to keep customers go to the mountain mikes in Berkeley in San Pablo they take pride in their food and cook and treat customers like we are valued
