Ingredients were fresh, bread was toasted to perfection.  Price was a bit expensive for Sandwich alone, but excellent choice for that occasional treat.  Storefront appearance was similar to a food truck setup and neighbored a body shop.  Wouldn't suggest as a place to sit and eat, but perfect as a grab n'go!!
