This was our first time trying the 13. Padres Pride - (Mr. Pickle) and 25. Julie Bird sandwiches. The #13 was with sourdough bread and the #25 was with sliced wheat. They were both flavorful and filling. :)

I'm sorry, but for $18, the sandwich should not be the size of a regular hot dog. There is a Mr. Pickle near my house (Montara, CA), and the size of their sandwiches is pretty good. This is why I expected the same. But, to my disbelief, it was very small. I recommend ordering from another location if you're looking for a good sized sandwich.

BLT is Bread, Lettuce, and Tomato. The bread came dry and wasnt toasted, there were 4 pieces of paper thin bacon on the sandwich itself. It's not worth the money and the photo is a very inaccurate representation of what you will receive.

poor portions. this used to be a full veggie sandwich with plenty of avocado and sprouts but this is essentially just bread for 17 dollars

Mr pickle sandwich is great but I wish they used higher quality chicken like breast or literally anything but the frozen store bought squishy grilled chicken strips that are very easily recognizable in the sandwich. I get it may be more expensive but i'm sure everyone would be willing to pay it considering it's already a $10+ item. I would personally eat it every week if it just had slightly better chicken.
