Ordered while at work and wasn't able to eat right away but it still tasted great and didn't get all weird when cold. Cheese specifically didn't get hard or gross when not hot. The ranch was definitely different from most ranch I've had so if you're picky about your ranch I'd leave it but it was good enough for me. Glad I found a new place near my work will have again.

The food is good but $16 for 5 tenders and some fries only is crazy

The fries were placed on paper instead of container (which the delivery driver placed on the ground), and the bag became oily, which caused the bag to be wet & weak. Ordered ranch dressing, which was extra and wasn't delivered.

Hot Dog was the very thin kind so just meh, fries were sooo salty they were inedible. won't be getting hit dogs or fries from herd again, disappointing
