Food is good and it is hot and fresh when you get it every time. The only thing is when I get a 20 or 30 piece with fries they barely give you any fries to feed the amount of people for the portion of chicken and when you add extra fries to the order it doesn't look like they added the extra fries so you paid the extra money for nothing
