Absolutely the best burger I have ever eaten besides my own. I will beast a customer for life!!

My second time ordering from here, the burgers once again are some of the BEST burgers I have ever seen come out of a fast food restaurant, but for the second time, the fries were absolutely inedible. Super soft and soggy, too much spice, and the loaded fries had so much mustard in them you would tear up just smelling them. Keep your burger cooks and get rid of the rest!

for 16$, I was expecting more. this burger was no bigger than an MC .double. but the taste was great.

The burgers were very small and looked nothing like they were pictured. The meat was overcooked and hard. The fries were undercooked. I was very dissatisfied.

Pickup experience with the bartender was horrible, had to make myself known before I was acknowledged by any staff, the bartender was rude and seemed inconvenienced. Karl's Deluxe burger was a joke, should've went to Whataburger. The amount I paid vs what I got can't be justified, don't waste your time.
