Karl's Deluxe was not what I received. this place has bad quality all of the time and hardly ever gets the order correct

the food was good although the bread at the bottom was burnt when i took it out of the box i wasn't upset as it still tasted good and i assume they must've been busy but if it wasn't burned at the bottom i would've given it a 5 star rating
