I liked that I ordered coffee, they were nice n hot and mouth spouts covered with a sticker, cups were placed in nice carriers, plenty of sugar & low cal sweetener plus stirrers......nothing missing...perfect....the coffee tasted great..... 👏 bravo

The price they charge doesn't match what the cookies taste like for a blan taste. It's as if they just threw toppings on top, cookies were not that big for what they charge.

The cookie base is not the same as it usually is. I've ordered the lotus cookie before and they sent it on a cinnamon sugar cookie this time. Cinnamon, biscoff, and a lotus cookie are not flavors that blend well, from my personal experience. Don't change the recipes pls

I ordered strawberry cream and I was very freezer burnt. The marshmallow on top was good but overall o couldn't eat it that freezer burnt texture and taste was gross.

I normally don't leave reviews. I've ordered here before but I ordered 2 scoops of ice cream and got this. Really not acceptable, in our opinion. We got two orders like this.
