The SEANS NACHOS were delicious. The red sauce has a sweet beginning taste and goes into a Smokey spicy taste towards the end. Everything was fresh , including the salsa.
The SIDE SALAD - CAESAR came with fresh veggies , croutons, and perfectly cut fried chicken.
Everything Overall Was Delicious And I Will Be Ordering From Here Again.

This review is based on the ratio of quality to cost.
I ordered the A1 Steak Sauce Burger at the cost of $19.96. First of all, the beef had the texture of a previously frozen patty, it wasn't even salted or seasoned. The bun wasn't toasted and fell apart halfway thru. To me this is simply a cheap piece of frozen meat. I I guessing the reason there're so many "specialty burgers" on the menu is to cover up the poor quality, taste and texture of then meat. At best it's a four-dollar burger.
I could've had a far better burger from Wendy's.

This burger was soooo dry!!! I appreciated the lettuce and onions but u need to do better. The tomato was a miniature slice. There was no mayo or mustard and no pickles. I'm not used to mugshots doing bad on a burger. I have been eating those burgers for many years.

1st I want to thank my driver for going above & beyond with communication! When ordering from mugshots they have it blocked from you stating preferences & tho they do have plenty of options listed, it's very important to be able to state allergies! Thankfully on door dash's side where I can request silverware- I asked for her to check for my allergies & she corresponded thoroughly & quickly, even letting me know the store said I should list them under preferences- so the store needs to be aware & fix that blocked option!! So to the food- portion size was adequate, but not like table side. The MOMBO COMBO was still pretty good for being fried a lil too hard. The DA BIG KAHUNA BURGER was actually pretty decent since I thankfully ordered extra teriyaki on the side because the burger was dry & had none otherwise. I also paid for Swiss cheese to be added on the DA BIG KAHUNA BURGER, but there was none. & the salad that came with the burger was pitiful & wilty in comparison to table side, but edible. The HAMBURGER STEAK with a side of veggies was good, but there was no way to make sure it had gravy, so it didn't & was dry! I may be wrong, but I'd think hamburger steak comes with gravy normally & since they're good for giving options it should list gravy as one. Like I said, the shining star was the dasher, the restaurant could do better.

Some of the TEES CHEESE WEDGES were hollow. only crust. the MCDOWELL BURGER was good. the TEA - SWEET was okay but small for the cost
