I am a frequent customer of nando's for the last ten years and have never had a bad experience but yesterday my take out order was horrible.
The order was delivered quick (10-15min) as i live near by and i opened it right as it arrived. The fries were definitely old/last small bits of the batch; they were extremely oily and were all the crumbs and tiny thin fries left over. they also weren't seasoned and the broccoli i got along with was bad. i assume it is yoghurt as part of ingredients they used to make the sauce for the broccoli salad which was 100% spoilt because it was sour and had an unusual taste,nor was the broccoli itself ok. extremely disappointed with the only restaurant that reminds me of home away from home. will not be taking away from here again because i believe, no matter the event of take away or dine in, no one deserves bad food that they paid for.

I love nandos but the chicken was not chargrilled but charburnt. hope next time more attention will be put towards cooking

1/4 PERi-PERi Chicken The chicken breast isnt freshly made and is hard and dry. Disappointed considering the quality is usually decent .
