I'm usually very flexible with food, but this was a terrible meal. Every single item we ordered had something wrong with it.
The "steak sandwiches" came in sliced bread instead of the advertised hoagie rolls.
My chili cheese fries had no chili, just cheese. I was charged extra for the chili.
The hot dog bun was completely burnt on the bottom, black.
The cheesecake was extremely sour, I was only able to have one bite.
Would not order again.

Absolute garbage. The hotdog itself was old and wrinkled, like the ones at 7 Eleven. The bun, for some reason they use the thickest bread they could find. It was toasted on the outside, which did nothing to disguise how stale the bread was. It felt like it was about to crumble into powder. I think it's the stalest bread I've ever had. The chili and cheese sauce came separately, which I could understand if they wanted to make sure the bread didn't get soggy from the heat in transit, but both chili and cheese sauce were ice cold (and the bread super stale), so I don't understand why they'd separate it? I guess they want you to heat up the components? But it comes in styrofoam, so you can't even microwave it in the container it comes in. I ended up throwing away the whole package after one miserable bite. Absolute trash, literally.

Sauerkraut Dog Combo arrived with no sauerkraut. The chili was so bland and textureless I wasn't sure if it WAS chili or if it was supposed to be the sauerkraut! It's brown and has the faintest hint of chili smell so I guess it's supposed to be chili. The dog itself is dried out and sad. Would not order again.

This is not comparable to the photos left on the app. Theres no french bread or hoagie. Its white bread slices and barely any meat. They have more green peppers and onions than steak. I got shoe string fries instead of the crinkle cut nathans is famous for. Overall upset with the order and how it came out.
