Food very good, as expected. Restaurant took care per our instructions for No Added Salt. Also food not oily like other Asian restaurants that sometimes use old oil or too much oil.

Imperial Pork Ribs was very good.Basically sweet sour pork ribs. The beef chow fun was average.

So hard to find soft shell crab cooked this style!!! Perfect flavor.
