The Biscochito 24oz Iced Signature Latte was AMAZING!! Their BOGO deal made it even sweeter!! 10 out of 10 no complaints!!

My first time ordering from this place and received a passive aggressive note on my receipt although I was clearly charged $1 extra for the cloud top. Bad customer service. Plus the Carmel in my coffee was not mixed and sat at the bottom of my cup.

More than half of my orders have had an issue or missing items. Today was the last straw. I ordered a frozen Carmel coffee with almond milk. The coffee would jiggle and not move. There was a centimeter worth of syrup at the bottom. I got my order around 9am and now at 1pm the coffee has still not thawed and jiggles. I couldn't even suck the coffee out of the straw. The Blue Corn Blueberry Coffee cake that I got didn't arrive last time and this time it is hard as a rock with fuzzy areas on it. I'm so incredibly disappointed with New Mexico Piñon. This is truly diabolical.

Twice now I have attempted to order a 12 ounce bag of 12oz Lavender Vanilla bag from this store and it has not been included.
