Everything was SO delicious. Incredible cookies. Perfect fresh cannolis (esp the pistachio). When they were out of one of the cookies I asked for the store owner kindly called me and walked me through options for substitution. I ended up with much more than I paid for which was so generous of them. Highly recommend!

Holy cow I haven't had a caprese sandwich this good in...forever? I don't think I've ever had a sandwich of any kind that was this delicious from a restaurant in my life. This is everything I could have dreamed of. The bread was HUGE and heavy. At first I thought they forgot it since it wasn't in the brown takeout container. That held the Fruit Tart and Bombolone. The Caprese was wrapped in paper and again, was heavy. The first bite I took tasted like a sandwich my mom would make me as a kid. I felt myself transported in time and I'm Not Exaggerating. I may not be able to stop myself from ordering several more times this week. All of the ingredients tasted like you cut them in my kitchen and served them to me. The bread wasn't even a little soggy, even after sitting in my fridge for a bit. My only complaint is I wasn't a huge fan of the hot Hot Cocoa. I prefer mine on the sweeter side. but that's okay, because I can go elsewhere for that. But the caprese is inimitable.

idk what happened today but the Caprese didn't even have any pesto and was on your standard sub bun. I was hungry so I still ate it but I'm quite sad that it wasnt what I first had. the pastries were good at least. Nutella Cannoli is overpriced if I'm being honest but it's tasty. Cream Puff - Whipped Cream had chocolate in it? not complaining I was just expecting whipped cream lol. everything else (Fruit TartEclairsCornetto -The Italian Crossaint) were good as usual. considering how drastically different the sandwich quality is, I'm not sure I'd order it again unfortunately.

I ordered a bagel, macaroons and a pistachio croissant. I received the pistachio croissant and the other 2 items were substituted with random cookies and a custard filled pastry. A quick call asking if I preferred other items or a refund would have been much better.
