2 Main dishes: Kakuni Don & Ninja Ramen. Dessert: Green Tea Ice Cream. Both main dishes had pork as the protein. The pork in both dishes was the same kind/cut & seasoned the same. The pork is flavorful and tasty, thinly sliced and perhaps braised. Ingredients in both main dishes were fresh. Kakuni Don has a white rice base and a few pickled ingredients. Very good. Not spicy. Ninja Ramen is noodle/broth based and we made note to please make it "very very spicy". They delivered the heat! Be sure to mix the broth up from the bottom though, otherwise the spice broth sits in the bottom alone under the strainer until you are done with the noodles, etc. Green Tea Ice Cream was a delicious treat! Only 4 stars because the prices are a couple dollars too high ($19.20 and $18.00) when compared with other comparable entrees at nearby restaurants.

This is the best ramen in the area, their competition gives you significantly less food and charges more. AND they don't accept doordash pass and charge you $8 for delivery! 100% RECOMMEND NINJA RAMEN.

The pork was delicious, the twine I found myself chewing on not so much, for 22$ I'd expect alittle more attention to the dish, broth was also bland, personally if I were to order ramen again I'd go with takkii ramen, The drink was great though

The Duck bun was good but the duck was not a slice but tiny scraps of crispy and hard pieces. No flavor unable to discern what kind of meat. A disappointment: flavor and texture. Yes I have had flavorful Duck Bao Buns in other states.

my daughter loved it! ordered the extra noodles so she could eat those with the left over broth because they give you so much of everything!
