• 25/7/26I paid for extra protein and broccoli in my dish, I got the protein, but I barely got the normal amount of broccoli for this dish. I ordered a small but they could have put it in a larger container to ensure what I ordered and paid extra for would properly fit. So I paid $20 for a meal that didn't deliver what I paid extra for

• 8/11/25One piece of meat in my bowl. Protein was terrible. Salad was fresh and flavors were there. Wouldn't order again because of a lack of protein.

• 24/4/26The Mac n cheese was a bit of sauce on the center all other noodles were not fully cooked with no sauce. The soup was dry. I ordered for the first time and was beyond disappointed that I could not eat the food.

• 12/8/22I ordered two bowls, and paid nearly $5 extra for each to add grilled chicken. One bowl came with no chicken at all, and the other had just a couple pieces scattered in it. Otherwise, the orders were correct-but I'm frustrated that I paid about $10 extra for chicken and didn't receive what I paid for.
