Shrimp Chow Mein and Dumplings (5 pcs) were delicious. Malaysian Style Rice Noodle and Edamame were over cooked and very mushy. Disappointed as the last time I got the Malaysian Style Rice Noodle dish it was delicious, had to throw it out

We're giving NoRa Asian Fresh only one star because we're very unhappy with our first delivery experience with this restaurant. We received only one of the three items ordered, and we were instead randomly given items that we did not want as substitutes. Instead of the lemonade we ordered, we received a bottle of water and a can of Dr Pepper (not even close to being the same thing). Instead of the orange chicken bowl we ordered, we received what we think was chicken fried rice (also not even close to being the same thing), with a note saying "We're sorry, we're out of orange chicken." We did not like the fried rice and we did not want rice. The third item we ordered, edamame, was correct but overcooked and mushy. The intentional substitution of items so different from what was ordered, without even attempting to discuss it with us, is unacceptable. We paid nearly $30 total for a meal we did not like, did not want, and did not eat. This is poor customer service and was not a good experience, and we would like to receive a refund.

The tofu in the Pad Thai was ridiculously overcooked. Ive eaten here many times and the food is generally pretty good so I'll still rate 4/5, but I was very let down by my pick up order today.
