Today's delivery included my complimentary birthday cake which was the chocolate chip and was delicious. Nothing Bundt always consistently produces great products. Normally, one must come into the Rockford bakery in person to collect your comp bday cake, but since I am in Belvidere and have no vehicle, I must get delivery via Doordash and the managers accommodated me. The order itself was for their seasonal Key Lime, which is available til mid July. I will sample the Key Lime later. Cheers and Happy 4th!!!

My landlord recommended this place but I work from home and barely leave and so I order food a lot. I saw the advertisement and ordered. These are so delicous!!! The Lemon Bundtlet was the best lemon pastry I have ever had as far as a what I can recall. The pastries are moist, sweet but not too sweet, well balanced fluffy and dense, im assuming they use butter cream because that frosting was AMAZING! The Red Velvet Bundtlet was also fire.

One of the few quality bakeries in the Rockford/Belvidere area. I am spoiled, coming from Chicago with ALL the diversity of cultures food as a new resident of Belvidere. I haven't tried the Chocolate Chocolate Chip Bundtlet yet, but did try the Lemon Bundtlet , which was refreshing and very moist. Also have a 10 inch White Chocolate Raspberry 10" Bundt Cake to sample later. Great bakery and two locations. Their gallery of photos for their wedding clients was very professional, which I appreciated, having been in catering in Chicago in a variety of positions, and weddings were events I worked quite often, including as a supervisor. I stopped mid eating to write this. This is SO GOOD. I've been looking for home style cakes around Rockford for so long. Tried this place out finally. Will be ordering again! Every cake I've tried in America is so overly sweet and has a weird artificial taste. But this is the first good cake I've had around here.
