Love Octopus! We order from here at least once a week. The food is always fresh, consistently good, and a great value. The Maguro was my favorite tonight! I hadn’t ordered it in a while and forgot just how good it is. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful as always. Definitely one of our regular go-to spots!

miso soup was amazing with white miso and big pieces of seaweed with small tofu cubes and green onion. The california roll is cut into large chunks with avocado and imitation crab.

The Vegetable Tempura App was inedible bc of packaging by Octopus. First I'd like to say that we LOVE Octopus sushi. This is an isolated incident I'm sure.
My Vegetable Tempura arrived soaked and it tasted odd bc the sauce lid had melted leaving an odor. The tempura was soggy (not crispy at all), and I couldn't eat it because it tasted odd. You may not be able to tell from my photos, but the pieces were each halfway soaked-thru and soggy.
The part of my order that I was shocked about was the Hamachi Lover roll. The hamachi on top was extremely fishy (in an unfresh way), and it looked more grey than pinkish. We never have these issues at the restaurant (weve been going there for 10+ years).
I would give them 1 star, except I am sure that this is a rare one-time issue. We've ordered takeout and delivery before (a handful of times), and always had good food.

This has been our favorite sushi place for years. Very good rolls, nigiri and don katsu, and super friendly and competent staff, too.

First time ordering from octopus. The California rolls were all squished on top of the chicken. California rolls had a sweet taste there were no pickled ginger nor wasabi. Gyoza were not crispy. The filling was very good.gSalad was watery.
