"Ghost kitchen? More like ghost originality"
Let me start by saying the food itself is fine it tastes decent. But the portion size, pricing, and concept execution are all off.
This location runs a “ghost kitchen” out of Ruby Tuesday under the name Off the Skewer. I’ve ordered from them more than once, and after paying $17.49 for a New Orleans style deconstructed kebab over rice (plus $3.69 for a small side of rice), I finally had to say something.
Here’s the truth: the bed of rice advertised is barely a spoonful. The first time I ordered, I figured it was a mistake this time confirmed it’s intentional. The food doesn’t match the menu photos or the description.
What’s worse, after looking at the menu closely, it’s basically Ruby Tuesday’s menu with a few tweaks. Whoever built this ghost kitchen clearly copy-pasted Ruby Tuesday’s base items, added minor twists like “deconstructed kebabs,” and rebranded it as something new. It’s giving franchise remix, not fresh innovation.
For $22 total, this was disappointing small portion, recycled menu, and zero real New Orleans flavor. I attached photos for proof.
Taste: 👍🏽
Portion: 👎🏽
Concept: 🙄
If you want Ruby Tuesday’s, just go to Ruby Tuesday’s. At least you’ll get a full plate for the same price.

Barely any flavor. Veggies were barely cooked. And the steak was cheap sirloin that was over cooked and lacked flavor big time. Disappointing
