Ordered the *Special* chicken katsu plate lunch and the chicken was undercooked. Very disappointing. The macaroni salad was very good, but the undercooked chicken really ruined the meal. Restaurant also did not include ordered chopsticks and napkins.

I love the Portsmouth location, but the one in Exeter has disappointed the last couple times. One time, half my order was missing, and this most recent time my bowl, the Ohana Classic, was borderline inedible. The entire bowl tasted like rice vinegar and nothing else. There was also no sauce.

addition to the bowl i ordered cost extra.
arrived with a piece of maskng tape across the top with "sorry, none of (item)"
still charged for item.
